CORPUS CHRISTI - A man was rushed to the hospital after nearly drowning in a swimming pool today.

It happened at the Port Royal resort off Highway 361.

Lifeguards say they pulled the man out of the water and began performing CPR as emergency crews arrived.

The man was taken
