CORPUS CHRISTI - Attorney David Burkett filed a lawsuit against Time Warner Cable today. Back on December 13th, Time Warner dropped KRIS, KAJA, CW, and KDF in the middle of retransmission negotiations.
Burkett claims as a result, he's not getting all the channels he's paying more than $140
