CORPUS CHRISTI -- The stepmother facing a capital murder charge for the drowning death of her 6-year old stepson pled not guilty on all charges Tuesday morning.

Laura Day is charged with three separate counts in connection to the death of her stepson, Taylor Syring, 6, who drown near Bob
