Posted 5:38 PM 12/5/2012 : Judge Says Robstown Man Must Give Up Horses after Lack of Care

ROBSTOWN - The horses found in bad shape on a Robstown property two months ago are not improving.

Now, a judge has ordered the owner, Samuel Ruegg, to either sell or get rid of all the horses by Friday.

If he doesn't, Animal Control says they will have to seize any remaining
