SAN PATRICIO COUNTY -- Becky Kilpatrick, 53, surrendered this morning to San Patricio County Sheriff's deputies in a charge of intoxicated manslaughter this morning for a fatal crash that happened in March. The Portland resident was indicted last week.

Police say Kilpatrick hit 22-year old
