CORPUS CHRISTI -- Vagrants and vandals have been attracted to the old Osteopathic Hospital on Tarlton for years. In fact, there was a small fire there just this weekend.

New ownership in the building could be just weeks away, but until then, several agencies appear to be passing the buck
