ALICE - Police have arrested 23-year-old Andrew Garcia for murder in connection with a shootout early Sunday morning in the 300 block of Nayer in Alice.

It was around 3am when police say four men drove past a residence on Nayer and opened fire, killing 18 year old Isaac Vela.
