DUVAL COUNTY - Authorities across the Coastal Bend are keeping an eye out for 37-year-old Juan Aguilon Jr. He's accused of stabbing to death his girlfriend, 34-year-old Lois Pressell, last night in Freer.

It was a neighbor who first made the call to police around 8pm last night of a fight
