CORPUS CHRISTI -- Police say a 13-year-old boy -- who beat his own mother with a hammer -- will face charges of aggravated assault.

KRIS got video of the boy last night, in handcuffs, after police found him hiding under a bed in an apartment in the 2200 block of NPID.
