2018 Great Texas Warrant Roundup Set to Begin

Posted: Updated:

The city of Corpus Christi today announced the kickoff of the 2018 Great Texas Warrant Roundup.

At a press conference today, city officials said the Roundup starts Monday, February 12, and continues until Friday, March 9, beginning with a two-week amnesty period, allowing citizens to voluntarily take care of their citations without concern of being arrested.

According to the city, individuals can find out if they have Municipal Court warrants by calling (361) 826-2500 or by email at MCmail@cctexas.com.

The city says payment options for outstanding warrants include:

  • appearing in person at the city of Corpus Christi Municipal Court, 120 North Chaparral Street Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
  • paying in full at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/corpuschristitx,
  • by mail to P.O. Box 23077, Corpus Christi, TX, 78476-2235, or
  • by depositing payment in the drop box located near the entrance of the Municipal Court. Cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Payment plans and community service hours are available for those who qualify.
