Former Hooks, now World Series Champs to sign autographs in Coastal Bend

Coastal Bend baseball fans will get a chance to meet and greet with a couple of 2017 World Series Champions this Thursday.  Former Corpus Christi Hooks and now World Series Champions Houston Astros, Chris Devenski and Joe Musgrove are planning a visit to the Coastal Bend on Thursday, January 11 thanks to Acadamey Sports and Outdoors and the Corpus Christi Hooks.

The duo are part of the Astros Caravan that includes a visit to Rockport-Fulton High School and the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi.  From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., the World Series Champs will sign autographs at Academy Sports Outdoors at 5001 SPID. 

The baseball excitement carries over to Whataburger Field for the Caravan Jam.  The public is invited to join the celebration from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a live DJ, inflatables, face painters, food, games, and more.  Hooks season pass holders get an exclusive meet and greet with photo opportunity at that time.  

Joined by Astros radio broadcaster Robert Ford, Devenski and Musgrove will answer questions from the crowd and connect with fans.
