Strong Front Arriving Tuesday

A strong front is expected to move over our region on Tuesday. Showers, and even possibly thunderstorms, will be possible as the front moves through. Much cooler air will move in behind the front bringing us much cooler highs for the rest of the week. Highs will only reach the 40s an 50s on Wednesday and Thursday. Light rain and drizzle will stick around until Friday morning. Drier conditions and more mild temperatures are expected for the weekend. 

Monday night will be warm and humid. Lows will be in the 60s and 70s overnight. Patchy fog may develop inland. Low of 69 for Corpus. 

Although our next front is arriving Tuesday, highs will still reach the 70s before it arrives. Tuesday morning will  be humid, warm, and cloudy. Rain chances will increase in the afternoon as the front approaches. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible through the day Tuesday. After the front arrives, winds will pick up and temperatures will begin dropping quickly. High of 74 degrees. 

Tuesday night will be breezy, damp and cold. Light showers will be likely into Wednesday morning. Skies will be overcast. Expect cool lows in the 40s and 50s. 

Wednesday will be cold and windy with widespread drizzle and light showers. North winds will be breezy to windy throughout the day. n winds 15-25 MPH. Wind gusts up to 40 MPH are expected. Skies will be overcast throughout the day. High of 49 degrees. 

Thursday will be similar with widespread drizzle, breezy North winds, and highs in the mid40s to upper 50s.
