Two perfect scores in Tuesday's edition of Kitchen Cops.

Asian Café located at 2233 Airline scored a 100.

Julio's Easy Stop located at 5945 Greenwood scored a 100.

Earning a spot on the A-list with a 99 is Red Lobster located at 5825 South Padre Island Drive.

Burger King located at 6610 Saratoga scored a 98.

Southside Barbacoa located at 5894 Everhart scored a 98.

Guadalajara Grill located at 15906 FM 624 scored a 96.

Kiko's Mexican Food Restaurant located at 5514 Everhart scored a 96.

Louisiana Pit Stop a food truck scored a 96.

Oyshi Sushi By Sith located at 14902 Trinity River scored a 94.

El Caporal Mexican Restaurant located at 4450 Greenwood scored a 92.

Banda's #2 located at 8081 Leopard scored a 92.

Kingsville Bakery located at 107 Ash Street scored a 90.

Dropping down to the B-list with an 83 is Cancun Mexican Restaurant located at 4252 Alameda.

Violations include coconut mixes kept at the wrong temperature,  a dirty ice maker, raw meat was stored above ready to eat items, food was stored on the floor, clear bottles need to be labeled, chemicals were stored above beer, no manager on duty, the bar hand washing sink was not accessible and employees were not wearing beard guards.

Agave Jalisco located at 5922 Staples scored an 82.

Health inspectors found rice kept at the wrong temperature, raw chicken was stored above beef, food was stored on the floor and chemicals were stored next to paper bags.

Other violations include spray bottles not labeled, the mop sink not working properly, the hand washing sink leaking, the kitchen sink was not properly stocked, gnats, a trash liner was being used directly on the grill, knives were not stored properly, a plate was used to serve rice, an ice scoop was not stored properly and the back door needs to be fixed.
