    ATLANTA (AP) - Authorities say a power outage at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has disrupted ingoing and outgoing flights.      Airport spokesman Reese McCraine says the outage occurred early Sunday afternoon.     (AP) - A 22-year-old man has told police in the San Antonio area that his stepfather attacked him with a machete. Police in Kirby, an enclave of San Antonio, say officers found the man on the driveway outside a home bleeding from cuts to his neck, face and hands and found his 39-year-old stepfather with a machete inside the garage at the home.
