Here's how the Wheel of Shame works: Captain Monica Rios with the Nueces County Sheriff's Office will spin the wheel and it lands on a fugitive's mugshot.
The reward amount for that person is raised to $500 for the month.
The people featured on the wheel of shame are accused of committing felony crimes.
This week the wheel landed on Taylor Wahlman.
Wahlman is wanted assault family violence impeding breath.
He was born on December 19, 1992, he's 6'01", 150 pounds, has blond hair and hazel eyes.
