Four perfect scores in Tuesday's edition of the Kitchen Cops.

Firehouse Subs located at 6418 Staples scored a 100.

Panda Express located at 6153 Saratoga scored a 100.

Marble Slab Creamery located at 5521 Saratoga scored a 100

Renya's Café located at 15302 Yardarm scored a 100.

Earning a spot on the A- list with a 98 is Burger King located at 13433 Leopard.

Taste of Asia located at 2148 Waldron scored a 98.

Shoreline Sandwich Company located at 500 Shoreline scored a 97.

Dairy Queen located at 6169 Saratoga scored a 97.

Arthur's Moon Pizza located at 555 Carancahua scored a 96.

Hacienda Vieja located at 4301 Staples scored a 96.

Peter Piper Pizza located at 6193 Saratoga scored a 95.

Las Palmas Mexican Café located at 711 Carancahua scored a 94.

McDonald's located at 4730 South Alameda scored a 91.

Fermins Mexican Restaurant located at 3922 Highway 77 scored a 90.

Popeye's located at 6829 South Padre Island Drive scored a 90.

Dropping down to the B-list with an 81 is Origami Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Bar located at 1220 Airline.

Violations include raw chicken stored above raw beef, bowl hold food item stored in contact with food item below it, items stored on the floor, items stored uncovered, dirty knives, plates, bowls and can opener, unlabeled chemical bottle stored in the kitchen, no thermometer, no towels at the hand washing sink, employees washing their hands at the prep sink, staff not following proper warewashing procedures, spills on the floors, grease build up on equipment & exhaust hood filters need to be cleaned, the sign advising staff to wash hands was not posted in the men's restroom, the statement advising the last inspection report not was posted and the food manager certificate was not posted.
