Only one perfect score tonight.

Taco Bell located at 5530 Everhart scored a 100.

Earning a spot on the A-list with a 98 is Stingers Coffee located at 1304 Airline.

Nola Shaved Ice located at 516 Allister scored a 98.

Whataburger located at 734 Port scored a 96.

Wingstop located at 6313 Wooldridge scored a 95.

Rebel Toad Brewing Co. located at 425 William Street scored a 95.

Mi Pueblo Taqueria located at 2033 Airline scored a 94.

Dropping down to the B-list with an 88 is the Bayfront Diner located at 622 Water.

Violations include meat inside the deli line cooler kept at the wrong temperature, cheese kept at the wrong temperature, rotten potatoes stored with good potatoes, a dirty meat slicer, gnats, an ice scoop not stored properly and bowls used to dispense sugar.

Lila's Mexican Restaurant located at 3942 Leopard scored an 87.

Health inspectors found products inside the refrigerator kept at the wrong temperature, all food needed to be sealed inside the freezer, rat poison on the floor, all pesticides must be applied by certified pet control operator and employees must eat in a designated area.

Violations included wiping towels not stored properly, lint needed to be removed from a wall, peeling paint above vent hood needed to be repaired and the women's restroom needs a trash can with a lid.

Only one restaurant made the C-list.

Cancun Mexican Restaurant located at 1023 Highway 361 scored a 79.

The restaurant lost points because food was stored uncovered, an ice scoop was not stored properly, there was uncovered shrimp next to the hand washing station, a bag of madera was stored open and un-prep food was in contact with prepped items.

Other violations included a knife not stored properly, dirty knives available for use, dirty plates available for use, employees not washing  hands between touching face and handling food, spray bottles were not labeled, prepped items were cooling at room temperature, flies, employees were not wearing hair restraints or beard restraints, an opened drink cup with mildew was stored above food, wiping cloths were not stored properly, a back screen door was left open and there was spilled grease on the floor and equipment.
