CORPUS CHRISTI -

Bubba's 33 Restaurant is giving back to those affected by the 2016 attack on Dallas officers.

The attack killed five officers and injured nine in the law enforcement community. The shooting happened on July 7, 2016 at the end of a protest against police killings. It was the deadliest incident for U.S law enforcement since the September 11 attacks.

Wednesday, Bubba's 33 will donate 10 percent of all food sales to the "Assist the Officer Foundation," which was established for families of the victims.

Six locations across the state are participating, including the one in Corpus Christi on SPID.

Stop by from 11 a.m. to midnight Wednesday, July 12 to show your support for Texas law enforcement.
