Two restaurants earned a perfect score.

Sonic Drive-In located at 6414 Saratoga scored a 100.

Atomic Omelette And Grill located at 6313 Wooldridge scored a 100.

Also on the A-list with a 99 is Snoball Wizard II located at 734 Port.

Mikel May's Beach Side Bar & Grill located at Bob Hall Pier scored a 98.

Wienerschnitzel located at 4001 US Highway 77 scored a 98.

Cool Me Down Snowcones #4 located at 10117 Leopard scored a 95.

Peoples Restaurant & Lounge located at 9738 Up River Road scored a 95.

Katz 21 Steak & Spirits located at 5702 Spohn Drive scored a 94.

Taqueria Chapala located at 1237 Nile scored a 92.

Dropping down to the B-list with an 88 is Gordo's Soup-er-Bowl located at 4506 Baldwin.

Violations include the upright refrigerator kept at the wrong temperature, raw chicken wings stored above vegetables, left over food in cooler needs to be labeled, employees not wearing hair restraints, employees wearing jewelry, wiping towels were not stored properly, bulk containers were not labeled and there was standing water behind the upright freezer.

The Exchange located at 224 Mesquite scored an 87.

The restaurant lost points because raw chicken was stored about pork, the dishwasher was not working properly, all pesticides must be applied by certified pest control operator and chemicals were not stored properly.

Other violations include spray bottles not labeled, gnats, employees not wearing hair restraints or beard restraints, wiping towels not stored properly and bowls used to dispense cake flour.

El Rodeo De Jalisco located at 103 Old Robstown Road scored an 87.

Health inspectors found a temperature violation, left over food in walk in cooler not labeled, hand washing sink used for other tasks, rodent droppings, wiping towels not stored properly, bowls used to dispense dry goods, scoops not stored properly, a dirty microwave, a women's restroom door must be self-closing and a leaking hand washing sink in the women's restroom needs to be repaired.
