CORPUS CHRISTI -

A 24-year-old man is in the hospital this morning after he was shot late last night.

Investigators with the Corpus Christi Police Department say the shooting happened just before 11:30 Monday night at a home on the 1300 block of 11th Street.

Officers arrested three people that they believe were in the house at the time of the shooting and say more people could be involved.

"Right now we're gathering evidence, there's a lot of things to go over so we have our ID techs out here and they'll be here for awhile," Lieutenant Henry Sepulveda said. "we're trying to process everything and wrap everything up as quick as we can."

We are told the victim is in critical condition.

Details about what led to the shooting are limited at this time. More information is expected to be released later Tuesday.
