Kingsville doctor accused of sex assault held on $100K bond

HIDALGO COUNTY -

Kingsville doctor Humberto Bruschetta is behind bars once again for allegedly sexually assaulting a female patient. 

Bruschetta was arrested at his Kingsville home on Thursday. 

He currently faces two separate charges alleging improper conduct with two other female patients. 

The latest charge filed by the Mission Police Department also alleges that Bruschetta sexually assaulted a female patient late last year during an office visit.

Police say that in the town of Kingsville, nine people have filed complaints against Bruschetta. 

He is currently being held at the Hidalgo County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
