Whataburger located at 6241 Saratoga scored a 100.

Earning a spot on the A-list with a 99 is the Shoreline Grill located at 2710 Shoreline at the Texas State Aquarium.

Fuzzy's Taco Shop located at 6646 Staples scored a 98.

Subway located at 526 Enterprise scored a 97.

La Michoacana Bakery #3 located at 5250 Everhart scored a 96.

Bella's Bistro located at 901 Leopard scored a 96.

Eddie's Bakery Restaurant located at 4810 Kostoryz scored a 95.

Whataburger located at 121 Shoreline scored a 95.

Jalisco Bakery located at 822 Port scored a 90.

Dropping down to the B-list with an 89 is Hester's Café & Coffee Bar located at 3812 Alameda at Lamar Park.

Violations include food needs to be reheated before being placed in warmer, items were stored in hand washing sink, employees were not wearing hair restraints or beard guards, cloths were not stored properly, dirty fan guards, the can opener needs to be replaced, scoops were in bulk food containers, back door needs a proper seal, the employee restroom trash can needs a lid and the employee restroom door needs to be self-closing.

Burger King located at 6610 Saratoga scored an 88.

The restaurant lost points because the ice dispenser nozzle was dirty, no licensed food manager on duty, prepared food needed to be labeled, expired food permit, towels were not stored properly, broken floor tiles need to be repaired and a water leak in the walk in refrigerator needs to be repaired.

NY Joe Italian Restaurant located at 5717 Saratoga scored an 83.

Health inspectors found a dirty ice machine, no licensed food manager on duty, chemicals were stored next to food, food in the refrigerator needs to be labeled, no thermometers, expired health permit, employees not wearing beard guards and bulk containers not labeled.
