A female CCPD officer struggles to get the woman out of the drivers' side of the vehicle. The woman had reportedly tried to steal $1000 worth of merchandise from the store.

But when confronted about it, she dropped the items and her car keys and made her way to a car in the parking lot.

When cops found her, she was sitting in the car with a screwdriver in her hand. When ordered by officers to put it down, she refused.  Thus the struggle to get her out of the car.

There were two officers involved in the struggle to get her out of the car, which they eventually did.

The woman was identified as Veronica Quiroz and was arrested.
