Woman in Court for Alleged Hit & Run Play Video

CORPUS CHRISTI -- Herlinda Rodriguez was in court today to look over the surveillance video that allegedly shows her backing up into a man with her SUV.

It happened last September at the Stripes on Saratoga and Staples.

Another hearing is scheduled tomorrow and there's word that Rodriguez may plead out.
