Volunteers Collect Glass To Be Recycled

CORPUS CHRISTI - Folks got rid of some of their unwanted glass jars and bottles today at the city's latest glass recycling event.

It started at 9 this morning at the Walmart in Calallen. Volunteers of all ages helped collect and separate box after box of people's recyclable glass.

The next glass recycling event will be October 13th at the Padre Isles Property Owners Association.
