Tropical Disturbance Getting Organized

The tropical disturbance associated with an area of low pressure located about 1000 miles east of the southern Windward Islands, continues to show signs of organization.
The atmosphere is favorable for gradual development of this low.
This system has a high chance (60%)of becoming a tropical depression during the next 48 hours as it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph.
