WASHINGTON - The White House says there's no more room for compromise on a provision of the president's health care law about birth control coverage.
The administration has revised the rule to let religious-affiliated organizations decline to provide the coverage, but allow the employees to get free contraceptives through their health insurer.
But Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell says the compromise isn't good enough. McConnell tells CBS' "Face the Nation" that he'll push for a bill to exempt any organization that has moral objections to the requirement.
McConnell says continued objections from the nation's Catholic bishops underscore the constitutional problems with Obama's broader health care plan.
