Taft Police Looking for Wanted Sex Offender

TAFT, Texas - Authorities in Taft are asking for the public's help in tracking down a convicted sex offender.

32-year-old Marcus Rene Torres is wanted for an outstanding warrant in Refugio County.

Officials have been looking for him since last week and believe he may be in the area.

We're told officers went to his last known address where people in the home say they have not seen him for over a year.
