CORPUS CHRISTI - A small leak at the Javelina Refinery caused a fire at I-37 and Navigation early this morning. A spokesman with the Corpus Christi Fire Department says there was not any kind of hazardous release. The spokesman said some sort of product leaked from a valve inside the plant and started a small fire with three-foot flames. Firefighters closed down the valve and put out the fire. No one was hurt.
