CORPUS CHRISTI - The young woman accused of running from police while nude plead guilty this afternoon to a charge of driving while intoxicated. Taylor Burnham also plead guilty on an unrelated misdemeanor theft charge.
According to online court records, the conditions of her probation include one year of supervision, 30 hours of community service, DWI education classes, restitution to a local retailer, a 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew, plus fines and court costs.
Back in February 2012, police said they chased Burnham after she was seen wearing only cowboy boots behind a home on Cedar Pass in the middle of the night. The 18-year-old allegedly drove on the sidewalk in a Jeep during the low speed pursuit before stopping near Everhart and Saratoga.
Police say her blood alcohol content was almost twice the legal limit of .08. Burnham's scheduled to go on trial next week for a felony evading arrest charge.
