CORPUS CHRISTI- We had more rain in the area and town today in spite of some areas still getting missed. That is the nature of "scattered" activity. There is more similar rain in the forecast for the weekend.
Although weakening somewhat upper level low pressure and tropical moisture will combine for scattered thundershowers the next couple of days. As the disturbance dissipates in Mexico we will have only isolated to stray showers Monday thru Tuesday of next week. Winds will generally be light from now thru the middle of next week. The tropics continue to be quiet. Tropical showers will ramp up again the middle of next week.
Tonight will be mainly clear light winds with coastal showers late and a low of 74.
Saturday and Sunday expect variable sunshine humid and hot in and around scattered thundershowers some with locally heavy rain and a high both days of 91.
Enjoy your weekend.
