Meteorologist - KZTV

KZTV, a CBS station in Corpus Christi, Texas is looking for an experienced weathercaster to be a morning Meteorologist to join a team with the latest weather systems available. We are Hurricane Headquarters on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Candidate should have a degree in meteorology or related field with at least 2 years experience as a TV Meteorologist. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the morning weathercasts and emergency weathercast coverage that conforms to the strategic position and goals of the station.

Person must be able to work a flexible schedule and shifts, write and report stories, and also be familiar with the Weather Central software. The ideal candidate is required to be committed to representing the station through public appearances and developing a strong connection with our TV viewers and online users. Must have an AMS or NWA seal.

Drug testing and a valid driver's license are required. KZTV is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
