Man Arrested After Fatal Shooting

CORPUS CHRISTI - Corpus Christi police arrested a man after a shooting that left another man dead last night. It happened in the 1000 block of Harbor Lights Drive at South Bay Park.

Officers arrested 23 year old, Trinity Kane Ringlestein and charged him charged with murder.

The murder happened just after 7 pm last night. The Medical Examiners took away the body of a man in his early 20s who was shot multiple times. Medics tried to help him at the scene but the victim died from his wounds a short while later.

Officer taped off sections of South Bay Park as crime scene investigators looked for evidence.

After talking with witnesses and looking over the evidence, police met the suspect at his home on Sun Ray and arrested Ringlestein, charging him with murder.

As of now, police say they aren't sure as to the motive of this deadly shooting and the investigation continues.
