Man Arrested for Alleged Beer Run Play Video

CORPUS CHRISTI -- A man was arrested shortly after he allegedly ran out of a convenience store with a twenty pack of beer.

It happened after 5 p.m. at the PMI Convenience store on South Tancahua.

A passer-by flagged down a Nueces County Constable who happened to be nearby. He chased the man for a couple of blocks before arresting him at Third and Craig streets.

A clerk identified the suspect. He will be charged with theft and evading.
