Loren Korn

Loren Korn is the anchor for KZTV Action 10 News at 5pm, 6pm, and 10pm. She grew up in Houston and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Journalism. She studied for six months in Granada, Spain before landing her first job as a multimedia journalist in Bryan/College Station. For the last two years, Loren was the morning anchor and dayside reporter for the ABC affiliate in Waco. She reported on a variety of topics, but really loved covering the crime and courthouse beats.
She broke stories about a hospital double-billing their patients and uncovered one of the largest drug busts in Central Texas. She also reported on former teachers and coaches accused of molesting their students. That coach is now serving time in prison.
Loren is excited to be living by the beach and calling the Coastal Bend her home! In her spare time, Loren is a foodie who loves to travel and work out.
