HOUSTON (AP) - Jurors have yet to decide on a verdict in the murder trial of a woman whose Houston home day care burned, killing four children.

Jessica Tata is standing trial in the death of 16-month-old Elias Castillo and faces three other felony murder counts. She faces up to life in prison if convicted. Three children were hurt in the February 2011 blaze.

Jurors said they had reached a verdict late Tuesday morning. But State District Judge Marc Brown said they had selected too many of the six available options and sent the jury back to decide on just one.

The 24-year-old Tata is also charged with recklessly causing serious bodily injury to a child, abandoning a child, endangering a child and causing serious bodily injury to a child by criminal negligence.
