Hit & Run Suspect Pleads Guilty Play Video

CORPUS CHRISTI - Thirty-year-old Herlinda Rodriguez pleaded guilty Wednesday to backing her SUV into a man and then fleeing the scene. 

Surveillance video from the September 2009 incident shows Rodriguez hitting the man at the Stripes store on Saratoga and Staples. 

Rodriguez was sentenced to three years in prison and ten years on probation in exchange for a plea deal.
