CORPUS CHRISTI -- Former State School employee Guadalupe Delarosa was sentenced today after he pleaded guilty to two counts of injury to a disabled person.
The 22-year-old was charged with three counts for staging fights among the school's disabled residents.
Yesterday, an Adult Protective Service investigator identified Delarosa in the video.
He could have been sentenced to 30 years in prison, but instead was sentenced to four years in prison and credited for time already served.
