Man Charged With Murder After Standoff Overnight - KZTV

CORPUS CHRISTI -- An early morning shooting lead to a standoff on the 1000 block of Behmann at the Aztec Manor Apartments.

We do not have many details, but we do know that a man surrendered just before five this morning.
