CORPUS CHRISTI - An Aeroscience class at Tuloso-Midway High School spent part of the day launching rockets.
This was actually the second of the three launches the students will take part in this semester. Unlike the first time, the class had a better understanding of aero-dynamics to send their rockets into the air.
"It was successful, just like I planned out in when we were in the lab. It all worked out fine," said student Brian Ortiz.
"The goal today was a lot of straight flights and I think you saw they accomplished that," said instructor Chris Schulz.
The next launch will happen next month. Students have to design rockets that will reach a specific altitude.
