DHAKA, Bangladesh - There's word that a garment factory in Bangladesh where a fire killed at least 112 people yesterday had been given a "high risk" safety rating last year.
The factory makes merchandise for Wal-Mart and other major retailers.
A Wal-Mart spokesman says online documents indicate that the factory received a "high risk" assessment after a May 2011 inspection and a "medium risk" report after an inspection in August 2011.
