  ALICE - The Alice Police Department and US Marshals are searching for fugitive Juan Francisco Ortiz, 31. He's accused of sexually assaulting a child.

  Ortiz is Hispanic, 5'7" tall, weighing 185 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

  Detectives say they started an investigation after the alleged victim's family contacted police.
