    Thanks to increasing swells and Easterly winds, we can expect to see coastal flooding and the increased risk of dangerous rip currents along Gulf-facing beaches through at least Thursday.  Also, tides are currently running about 1.5 meters above mean sea level. This will also contribute to Coastal flooding in the upcoming days. People living along the coast in affected areas should take the proper precautions to protect their property from the rising waters.  In addit...

    A new tropical depression formed in the western Caribbean Sea on Wednesday. As of Wednesday night, the system is located about 200 miles East of the border between Nicaragua and Honduras.
