A tip from an Action 10 News viewer led to the arrest of a Wheel of Shame fugitive. The Corpus Christi Police Department has confirmed Martin Rocha has been arrested. He was on the Wheel of Shame but not a chosen one. Rocha was wanted on a motion to revoke probation for a prohibited substance in a correctional facility. Since it was Crime Stoppers tip that led to his arrest, that means someone is getting paid. Since the Wheel of Shame began, 231 fugitives have been busted.
