    A federal grand jury in Oklahoma has indicted a 63-year-old man accused of kidnapping his stepdaughter and holding her captive for 19 years in Mexico and elsewhere while fathering her nine children. Henri Michelle Piette is accused of kidnapping Rosalynn Michelle McGinnis in 1995 or 1996 and traveling with the intent to have sex with her, according to an indictment a grand jury in Muskogee, Oklahoma, handed up Wednesday.

    Classes at Tuloso Midway High School have been canceled for the remainder of the day due to a power outage. The outage is due to a blown transformer, a spokesperson for Tuloso-Midway ISD says. Buses will begin to transport students at this time. The school will reopen on a regular schedule for tomorrow.  Second and fourth periods will take semester exams tomorrow. Fifth and sixth periods will take exams on January 3.

    A tip from an Action 10 News viewer led to the arrest of a Wheel of Shame fugitive. The Corpus Christi Police Department has confirmed Martin Rocha has been arrested. He was on the Wheel of Shame but not a chosen one. Rocha was wanted on a motion to revoke probation for a prohibited substance in a correctional facility. Since it was Crime Stoppers tip that led to his arrest, that means someone is getting paid. Since the Wheel of Shame began, 231 fugitives have been busted.

    Nueces County Jail staff report 56-year-old Ricardo Gonzalez, who is currently employed as the Fire Chief for the Robstown Fire Department, has been released from jail. Jail records state Gonzalez was booked into the jail Sunday morning and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
