A total of five singles players and five doubles tandems from the Big 12 Conference won on Thursday at the 2013 NCAA Individual Tennis Championships to reach the Round of 16 at the Khan Outdoor Tennis Complex. Four of the 16 women's doubles teams left come from the league.
